1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

• The product remains unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Size or color preferences (as minor variations may occur due to lighting and fabric nature).

• Products damaged due to customer handling.

• Customized or made-to-order items.

2. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• You will be required to ship the product back to us.

• After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment.

• If the product is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
